What we do, and how we know it is right.

Each discipline states its methodology, deliverables and technology — including its limits of detection.

Overview

We fly calibrated payloads to produce dimensionally reliable records of a structure's exterior condition. Flight plans are written against the inspection objective — crack mapping, spalling extent, coating breakdown, thermal anomalies — not against generic coverage. Every image is geo-referenced so a defect found today can be revisited at the same station in three years.

Applications

  • Bridge soffits, piers and cable systems
  • Cooling towers, stacks and process structures
  • Facade and cladding condition surveys
  • Post-event rapid damage reconnaissance
  • Solar field and wind turbine blade screening

Engineering methodology

  1. Scoping

Define defect classes, resolution targets and airspace constraints.

  2. Flight design

Ground sample distance fixed to the smallest defect of interest.

  3. Capture

Redundant overlap, calibrated optics, controlled lighting windows.

  4. Processing

    Photogrammetric reconstruction and orthomosaic generation.

  5. Assessment

Engineer-led defect classification against relevant codes.

Deliverables

  • Geo-referenced defect register
  • Orthomosaic elevations and 3D mesh
  • Annotated condition drawings
  • Prioritised intervention schedule
